Stephen Partridge (born 1953) is an English video artist who studied below David Corridor and his profession as an artist, educational and researcher, helped to determine video as an artwork kind within the UK..
Stephen Partridge attended Maidstone School of Artwork and the Royal School of Artwork. He was within the “landmark” video reveals of the 1970s together with “The Video Present” on the Serpentine in 1975, the “Video Present” on the Tate Gallery London in 1976 (the place he exhibited the set up “8x8x8” ), the Paris Biennalle in 1977 and The Kitchen in New York in 1979.
